As a UX designer at Engineerd, I lead the development of all design work for Mindfulness Copilot, including user research, persona development, information architecture, wireframing, UI design, and user testing. The resulting platform features intuitive interfaces that help technical teams balance productivity with well-being while streamlining organizational operations
Website Redesign
The web redesign aims to improve user experience, accessibility, and overall functionality by modernizing the interface and optimizing the site for performance across all devices. Key updates include a more intuitive navigation system, enhanced visuals, and faster loading times. The redesign also focuses on streamlining the user journey, making it easier for visitors to find the information they need. By incorporating a clean, minimalist aesthetic with updated features, the new design enhances both usability and engagement, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all users.
Tranquil Copilot
Tranquil Copilot is an AI-powered solution that prevents burnout in technical teams through intuitive dashboards and personalized recommendations. The platform helps managers monitor team health, employees optimize schedules, and HR professionals track organization-wide trends. By making well-being metrics visible and actionable, it enhances both productivity and employee satisfaction.
RedBoard Redesign
As the lead designer for Redboard, I created a modern, intuitive user interface that streamlines the event check-in process while ensuring accessibility for users of all abilities. I redesigned the navigation system and core screens with a focus on clear visual hierarchy and simplified user flows, significantly reducing check-in time and user errors. My design decisions balanced aesthetics with functionality, resulting in a system that works seamlessly across mobile devices, tablets, and kiosk displays while providing event organizers with powerful attendance tracking and analytics.
